Super easy and fast to make sweet snack! Plus its raw and doesn't have any sugar add it!

- half a cup of almonds (can be roasted)

- half a cup of coconut powder

- half a cup of medjool dates (about 6 dates)

Grind the almonds first, once powdered, add coconut powder and pitted dates. Mix it well in the food processor unlit dough like paste. Form balls and roll-it up in the coconut powder. That is it! :)

Kitchary is known as Ayurvedic easy to digest, purifying and cleansing the system dish. Used in panchakarma, to rejuvenate and remove the toxins stored in the body. While in India I was eating it everyday for 3 months!!! And I still like it:) Here is a simple one-pot recipe made in the rice-cooker.

- 1/4 cup of moong split dal (yellow)

- 1/4 cup of basmati rice

- 1 zucchini

- 2 carrots

- 2 celery sticks

- 2 tsp of fresh ginger

- 1 tsp of turmeric

- 1 tsp of cumin seeds

- 1/2 tsp of coriander powder

- 1/2 tsp of cumin powder

- 3 tsp of Himalayan salt

- 2 tbsp of olive oil or ghee

- 1 lemon (juice it)

- cilantro to garnish

Soak moong for at least 30 min, drain the water. Wash it with rice and place in the rice-cooker. Add all chopped veggies and spices and double the water. Let it cook on its own, while you are meditating or doing some other things. Once done add some olive oil or ghee, lemon juice and cilantro.

Easy and quick snack!

- half a cup of almonds

- 1/4 of organic beet

- 1 lemon (juice it)

- half a tomato

- 1/4 cup of olive oil

- small bunch of fresh dill

- salt/ pepper

Grind almonds first or use the pulp from your almond milk, add chopped beet, tomato, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix it well in the food processor. Add fresh dill. Serve on gluten-free rice& millet bread made by Food for Life! One of a few breads that is gluten, soy, corn and egg-free.
